Pedro Waddington
Pedro Waddington is a director. One of his most recent works as a director is “Anitta: Made in Honório”, a Netflix docuseries that ranked as the most watched on the platform, and the Christmas Special “Gilda Lúcia e o Bode”, one of Globo’s main Holidays attractions in 2020. Pedro also directed episodes of the acclaimed series Sob Pressão, a ratings and critical success with five seasons, in addition to being the photographer and assistant director of “Amor e Sorte: Gilda e Lúcia”. Pedro also directed some music videos, such as “Rua da Passagem” by Ney Matogrosso, and “Na Real” by Gilberto Gil. He is currently working on a documentary about Fernanda Montenegro, a tribute to one of Brazil’s greatest actresses in theater and audiovisual arts, and on a new medical series for Globoplay, “Emergency 53”. Pedro is also releasing “Fuse”, a film screened at the Rio de Janeiro Int'l Film Festival, São Paulo International Film Festival and selected for the Biarritz Film Festival 2025.
